- Gifts and contributions do not guarantee service availability, dates, or staffing.
- Second Wind services remain subject to normal intake, approval, service-area availability, care planning, and staffing.
- Contributions made toward an existing approved mother’s care plan are applied to that mother’s balance.
- Deposits and the 7-day balance rule still apply. A gift credit reduces the amount owed — it does not bypass intake or scheduling.
- Pricing is subject to change. Founding Family pricing is available through September 30, 2026; standard pricing takes effect October 1, 2026.
- When you gift a specific care package, you are purchasing a gift credit earmarked toward that package — not a guaranteed booking. If the package cannot be served (intake, service-area, or staffing), the credit may be applied to other Second Wind care or refunded to the purchaser within 90 days.
