Is an RN always included in my care?
Yes- every client begins with an RN-led intake and personalized care plan, regardless of tier. Your RN will assess your recovery needs, emotional wellness, and newborn care goals to create a plan that supports your healing.
Ongoing RN check-ins depend on your selected tier:
- Tier 1: The Reset includes the initial RN intake only. RN check-ins can be added for $85 each.
- Tier 2: The Recharge includes one follow-up RN check-in during your care period.
- Tier 3: The Restored includes weekly RN check-ins throughout your care.
- Rescue Start includes an RN check-in or follow-up for the Standard and Overnight packages.
How do I know which tier is right for me?
If you’re unsure, you’re not alone — many moms don’t know how they’ll feel until the baby is here. That’s exactly why we offer flexible pre-booking.
Every package — even Tier 1 — includes an RN-led intake and personalized care plan, tailored just for you. This helps us understand your physical recovery, emotional state, and household needs before your services begin.
The only difference between tiers is the amount of ongoing care and RN follow-ups.
We recommend pre-booking even if you’re unsure what tier you’ll need — your RN will follow up after delivery to finalize your care plan, and you’ll be able to adjust your tier if needed. Pre-booking secures your spot on our schedule and gives you one less thing to stress about later.
When do I pay for services?
Pre-booked clients may pay in full or reserve their package with a $200 deposit. However, full payment is required at least 7 days before your care begins. If your delivery is earlier than expected, we’ll work with you to accelerate payment.
Rescue Start clients must pay in full up front, due to the urgent nature of services.
Once you complete your form, you’ll receive:
- A confirmation email with your selected package and welcome info
- A secure Square payment link
- Follow-up emails about status changes, caregiver match, and onboarding
What if I have complications, a NICU stay, or a delayed recovery?
We know recovery isn’t always predictable. If your plans change, we’ll stay in frequent communication. You’ll also receive a status change update link after booking so you can let us know if:
- You delivered early or late
- You’re experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety
- Baby is in the NICU or under hospital observation
- You’ve had a loss or medical complication
Our team will adjust your care start date, reschedule services, or guide you toward a new care tier if needed. You won’t lose your pre-booked spot — we’re here to support you, not pressure you.
What is your refund policy?
We understand that life after birth doesn’t always go as planned
If you need to cancel:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before services begin are eligible for a partial refund. Your $200 deposit is non-refundable, but any remaining balance will be returned.
- Cancellations made within 7 days may qualify for a partial credit toward future postpartum care services.
In the event of a loss (miscarriage, stillbirth, or medical complications):
We offer the option to either:
- Convert your care package to Grief & Recovery Support with a certified aide and/or RN
- Or receive a compassionate refund, minus the $200 non-refundable deposit (waived in some cases depending on situation)
Rescue Start packages are non-refundable once booked, due to rapid response staffing — but if you’re transitioning into tiered care afterward, we may apply a portion of your payment as a credit.
