The Reset
Light support for moms who just need a gentle breather.
Perfect for mothers with some family help or uncomplicated births who still feel the physical and emotional weight of recovery. This is for moms who may not need full-time help but want someone- someone to help them shower, fold laundry, hold the baby, or make sure they eat something nourishing.
Includes 18-36 total service hours, spread across 3-6 weeks. Most visits are scheduled in 2-hour blocks and adjusted week-to-week based on your needs.
RN check-in not included with this tier. Available as an add-on ($85 per visit)

The Recharge
Balanced, steady support for overwhelmed moms who need more structure.
Designed for moms who need more than a nap- this tier supports recovery, bonding, feeding, and emotional wellness. Whether you’re solo parenting, anxious, recovering from birth trauma, or just sleep-deprived, this package helps you reset and feel like you again.
Includes 30-60 total service hours, used however works best for your home and energy. Most clients schedule 2-3 hour blocks for recovery support, feeding assistance, hygiene care, and light meal prep.

The Restored
Deep rest and complete postpartum care- including overnight options.
This is for moms who truly need relief- after a C-section, NICU stay, traumatic delivery, or intense emotional overwhelm. Your aide brings structure, support, and sleep back to your home, and works directly from your RN’s recovery plan.
Includes 60-120 total service hours, with the option to schedule daytime blocks (4 hrs) or overnight care (8 hrs).
Your aide helps with newborn care, emotional needs, healing, and light tasks to reduce stress and overwhelm.
